One of our hearty favourites at Willowgrove Hill is a hot, filling bowl of chili served with fresh, crusty bread. Using a slow-cooker let’s you get on with your day.

1 lb Willowgrove Hill ground pork
1 lb Willowgrove Hill ground sausage
2 16 oz cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 28 oz can of canned diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 medium onions chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
Shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meats in skillet. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Cover. Cook 8 to 10 hours on Low, or 4 hours on High.
Garnish individual servings with cheese.
